Active Health Partners gains outstanding feedback from its service users using an automated customer satisfaction survey
Active Health Partners, leading provider of proactive employee absence and health management to large companies in the UK, announces the highly positive results of its user satisfaction survey.
Active Health Partners provides a Nurse Contact Centre for employees to call in to report absence and in turn line managers and HR are immediately notified of the absence by email and/or mobile text message. Active Health Partners' satisfaction survey highlighted that 87% of employees strongly agreed that using Active Health Partners' service is less stressful than notifying their manager.

Active Health Partners' Nurse Contact Centre provides employees with professional medical advice and throughout the absence the nurses make follow-up calls to the employee to monitor their progress and offer further medical advice. When questioned whether Active Health Partners' Nurses were sympathetic and helpful in providing the service, 84% respondents strongly agreed with the statement. |
