Our experienced and friendly nurses are available 24/7 to provide you with professional health advice and at the same time record your absence on behalf of your employer.
Over the telephone, we can give you free and confidential health advice. This is offered when you are reporting an absence and you can contact the nurses at any time if you have a question or concern regarding your personal health. We are here to help and our objective is to help you get better as quickly as possible.
The nurse contact centre is staffed with fully qualified nurses. Our nurses typically have over ten years experience in providing medical care. The nurses are trained to understand occupational health issues, and have experience with a wide range of issues, including advice on stress, bullying and harassment.
We operate under the guidelines of the Nursing & Midwifery Council Code of Ethics and we comply with all aspects of data protection and medical confidentiality.
In addition to our nurse teams, we have several medical experts helping us train the nurse team and monitor the quality of advice we provide. Meet some of our medical team.
Our services are not a substitute for your GP and the NHS but we can provide you with immediate access to high-quality health advice. In addition we can help you navigate the health system, help you ask your GP the right questions and help you understand how to access other medical resources that may be available to you. |
