Pre-Employment Screening

 

We provide an integrated Pre-Employment Screening with the objective of providing our clients with quick turn-around and conclusive recommendations. Prospective employees are asked to call our Nurse Contact Centre and will complete a questionnaire while on the phone with a qualified nurse. Typically we would expect to give the 'all clear' for over 90% of all employees. Employees where the screening process has highlighted issues can be immediately referred to OH Case Management and a solution can be developed in matter of days.

Health Surveillance
We can also provide on-going health surveillance programmes to comply with your statutory duties and recognised best practice.
